your excellent testimonial

Hi there. What a lovely heartfelt testimonial to a company you give! I have a question, and you seem to have two things that could help me - you care, and you are knowledgeable.

I need a boiler for a small apartment building, but am just a simple landlady who only just learned the difference between a closet wrench and a basin wrench :)

My building can be seen here. http://img.skitch.com/20080902-begakruygt2fjb7b42sangj429.jpg

It is 1320 square feet; there are four suites on three floors. Each suite has a device that calls for heat (there are 4 solenoid type things in the boiler room now). The highest point the radiators reach is about 23 feet. I am in Saskatchewan, where the temperatures can reach -40 or even a bit colder occasionally.

I need an EnergyStar boiler, that will do domestic as well as space heat. What Viessmann model should I be looking at purchasing?

Any advice you can give me would be truly appreciated.
