power venting my Viessmann ec 200 gas fired boiler

by mitch
(Meaford Ont canada)

I have an older model Viessmann boiler (1994) production model. It has been one of the best investments I have made in my home. After reading your blogs I have found the same problem you mentioned. The venting is done using a power damper and the gas goes through the original internal wall chimney. The house is over 100 yrs old and has no flue liner nor any way of getting a stainless liner down the approx 30 ft of chimney.I find the gasses stall near the top of the chimney and cause moisture to seep into the walls now.I was considering power venting it through a side wall but cannot find where to get the parts.Any help would be appreciated.
